Environment

Behavior is driven by our environment.

The noise and light around us have the potential to affect our stress levels, circadian rhythms, and more, ultimately helping to determine our overall level of health. Environmental conditions in hospital rooms can even make the difference between life and death. If we are to thrive, our built environments and the processes that happen inside them must support our well-being. Lorissa’s efforts to improve built environments, orienting them around research and metrics, have in mind the goal of enriching human lives.
